The Leeds writers group was set up to allow local writers to give and receive feedback on novels, short stories and poetry in a structured but relaxed environment. It's for complete beginners to experienced writers to share advice, tips and experience. We're also starting to run workshops and have socials for people to chat about their writing and poetry in a more informal way.

This is a group for writers. Writing can be a rather isolated experience, so I've set up this group to get people together to share tips and experiences. Representatives of new ways of writing and getting work out there (such as blogging and self-publishing) are welcome.
